2. Services Description

RiyTech provides Business Intelligence consulting services including but not limited to:

• Power BI dashboard development and consulting
• Qlik Sense analytics and dashboard design
• Business Intelligence implementation and strategy
• AI and predictive analytics services
• ERP migration and integration
• IT services including cloud architecture and data engineering

The scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of RiyTech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for their project. RiyTech retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging RiyTech services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
• Ensure they have the right to share any data or materials provided to RiyTech
• Designate a point of contact for project communication
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. RiyTech will not disclose client data, business processes, or project details to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RiyTech does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. RiyTech reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

RiyTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
